Sharper Image Calming Heat Massaging Weighted Heating Pad, 12 in x 24 in, Gray

Tamara delivered my order on Christmas Eve and went far beyond great customer service expectations! She left a small bag with a beautiful card and candy canes for our family. I wish more people would be like her. What a blessing!

I got this when i was in alot of pain at 830pm on a friday night, it made my back IMMENSELY! I had been to the chiropractor 2 times that week and i was so sore! My ONLY complaint is that the message feature doesnt last very long without having to restart it.

bought this in April 2021 now today was using it caught fire while on stomach

It's ok but for as much as it cost you should be able to set the auto shut off time for longer than 2 hours I don't like the fact its pre set to 2 hours I also dont like the fact that when you're using the massage settings it shuts off in about 15-20 minutes I believe it should run for as long as you want it to...again for how expensive it was you shouldn't have to restart the heat setting after 2 hours and you shouldn't have to restart the massage setting after about 15 minutes both are extremely too short of time periods because depending on pain level I knkw at least for me I want it to stay on for much longer than it does...the old version was better in my opinion you at least had the option to set it to auto shut off in I hours or have it run for 24 hours so I don't like the fact that it costs more and runs for less time in reality your paying more and getting less I feel like the main selling point was the fact that it has 6 massage settings vs 3 massage settings on the older version if I could've found the older version I honestly would've chose it instead of this new "improved" version which is worse in my opinion because your paying more for less run time and simply because it has 3 more massage settings which you can barely tell a difference between the last 3 settings

The box that the pad is stored in was opened and just taped shut! This was supposed to be a new heating pad yet it looks used!

I used this item 3 or 4 times between December 24th and February 7th and the heat portion stopped working. It was purchased at Wal-Mart. I presented the receipt and they would not exchange it. It was a Christmas gift from my parents and since it was purchased on November 6th, Wal-Mart would not honor an exchange. I do not recommend buying this product.

The heating pad would be great, but the control switch began to overheat and melt. See the pictures below. I had high hopes for this heating pad with a massager. I'm disappointed and I am going to return ASAP.

DO NOT BUY!! After giving for a Christmas gift, this melted last night! Had it been on my Grandmother instead of me, I can only imagine what would have happened to her.

This was not new in box. Box was opened and cord was all undone and everything. I selected this item for shipping and they delivered to me from store.

It was not worth what it cost. Also it does not massage it only vibrates and has 2 big pieces inside of it which I assume r for the vibration that r Very hard and uncomfortable
