Shell oils are well worth it
This is a great oil for the money, I appreciate the 2.5 gal jug, makes my engine oil change easy since i need 10 quarts for my Jeep

Overall satisfaction was 3 of 5 because first I was informed the item could not be delivered but then the next day, it could be delivered. I like this particular item because it's a single 2.5 gallon container which is good for disposing of used oil.

Leaking product
Item was shipped. Arrived damaged and leaking oil all over. If this was cheap oil I wouldn't be so upset but this full synthetic oil isnt cheap. Tried to get a refund through Walmart and they told me I have to take it to a store or ship it back. Shipping back leaking oil sounds ridiculous. Very disappointed in Walmarts customer service.
