I purchased the treadmill to replace an older one ~ 25 years old that had been used periodically over the years (originally bought at Sears). I am now using it for walking i.e. 75 years old. It shipped quickly and arrived within a couple of days. It came very, well packed in a large box. It was heavy but manageable. The assembly was easy and straight forward. Mostly just had to raise the arms that hold the console, position some bolts and add the console. It is very, quite especially compared to the old clunker that quit. So far, I have been very pleased. In addition, when I bought it, the price was about half of the listed cost. So that was greater as well. In summary, highly recommend.

Assembly is very quick and easy. Works amazing! Great features. The only downside is that the app to keep track of your sessions doesn't work if you don't speak Chinese. It's only in Chinese and there are no other languages available. I didn't need the app so I wasn't that disappointed. The treadmill works wonderfully! Very happy with our purchase.

Not as big as I thought it was going to be the belt isn't as wide as I unit was going to be and like most reviews I wish it counted steps but over all it pretty good for the money!!

instructions are non existing disappointed I did not realized its a 15% incline NOT a 15 degree which is what I wanted. I've contacted customer service hoping I can return

. I didn't get the brand I ordered. Please don't advertise the brand, and send something different. I'm angry about that. I want what I pay for. Not what the company decided to send. If out of what a customer pays for, then say out of stock. I'm going to keep it , but I'm not happy. I feel I should be issued a refund simply because of I was not given the correct brand. Mine was an Ancheer, it was advertised as a Simpfree.

Treadmill works well in manual mode. Customer manual is worthless. Do not know how to use all the features.

The treadmill was not working out of the box. I reached out to the manufacturer per Walmart policy to contact them first. They told me there was a “reed switch” error and that they would send me a new part. They literally sent me some small electrical part with zero instructions. Like an internal electrical circuit board looking type thing. Yes please let me rip my entire treadmill apart and put on my electrician's hat to fix it. Then assume they will issue me a 100% refund when it still doesn't work after the fact. So disappointed. Reaching out to Walmart and I hope I can just get my money back for this hunk of junk.

app doesn't work, so none of the fitness tracking works. that means the numbers it's claiming I'm doing don't match to my fitbit at all. the incline works well. it's not loud which is good. unfortunately the Bluetooth connected to my neighbors workout equipment, so i was awoken at 5 a.m. to the speakers blasting music i wasn't playing, but at least that means it's got a good signal, even if the speakers were crackling. it's easy to setup. folding it saves a few inches at most so it didn't actually make it any easier to store away. and the main power control is inconveniently located in the bottom of the front of the treadmill. why it's not on the main control board is beyond me. at 6 ft 1 inch the handles are too low for me to comfortably keep my hands on the sensors, but the track is an alright length.
