Small to fit anywhere, in kitchen or outdoor kitchen or porch, does not come with filter, and will need to add a drain pipe. We used it for an upcomming wedding and it was a hit. Now, we make 3-4 bags of ice a day and store them away for family and friends.

easy to connect and use. this machine replaced a much larger commercial ice machine and makes plenty of ice for our needs. its much small too, so frees up much needed room as well.

If this ice maker keeps up the good work in the long run. I will say it is the best investment I have made. It's only been running for 2 weeks and it's impressive.

Very nice ice machine trouble free no noise problem whatsoever the second one I've had and loved it if there was nothing wrong with the other one I had got the water turned off and it wasn't pumping so I just bought a new one, but I gave it to a friend. We both have ice machines now thank you.

Giving this a 4 star review because the first ice maker that arrived did not operate correctly. It made ice but then dumped water over the top of the newly released ice which resulted in the ice melting. I returned it, ordered a new one and the new one was delivered a few days later. This one works great. It makes plenty of ice and filled the machine quickly. I was surprised by how long the ice stayed in the container. The unit is in my garage and we had ice in the container for the next two days after I turned it off. We are pleased with it. I hope it keeps working and doesn't start doing what the first one did. I will say that the second one that worked was delivered upside down and the venting grate has a dent in it so I think their delivery people should take a bit more care to make sure they don't damage the unit when they deliver it.

It was compact but is NOT meant for commercial use. The ice making was not too bad, but took long and not sufficient. The manual was Very BADLY Translated and had Many grammatical errors and configuration was NOT Easy to understand or execute, due to the bad English language !

This machine will not drain it makes ice great but then it will not drain I have recheced the assemble and still does not drain and there is no one to call for assistance. They do provide an email but two days no response. I think any company that produces a product should be required to have real support. Fun that you offer a 1 year warranty but no support to go with it.

worked great until it didn't. led than two months and the water pump is not working properly. reached out to customer service but they are unable to ship replacement part to me. only option is to return it, which requires me putting it in my car and driving it to a Walmart.

Water connections are plastic and unreliable. Have had 3 instances of water connection popping loose and had we not been awake or at home would have had a flooded house.

I have an error code E2 that can not be fixed…only way is to unplug and restart. ? I would like to return and is in return window date but says I gave yo return to store. i am a walmart customer anxious chatted with rep and was told I HAVE to take in store for return. not happy ..they should pu defective machine!
