I bought this product 6 years ago just to take on vacation but a few months ago my 99 year old mother's coffeemaker quit working so I loaned her mine, She loved it so much she wanted one of her own so that's when I bought her one and now mine is back home. My mom is very sturdy for her age but she does have a bit of arthritis in her hands but she makes her coffee every day and loves how easy it is for her. Oh and it looks great on her counter also.

So far this little coffeemaker is working very well for us. It's small enough that it doesn't take up a lot of counter space, and the coffee is very good - it compares very favorably with the “name brand” coffeemakers, and is holding up very well to repeated daily use.

very easy to use, convenient for those that only drink 1 coffee a day or dont want to make a full pot. works great for familywho have diverse hot beverage wants.

It does what I wanted which is coffee and tea. but I cannott use the standard k-cup unless you always want ground coffee. It doesn't turn off unless you pull out the plug. Use a napkin when its coming out since it will splash on your counter space.

Nice product. Small footprint. Brewed good coffee. BUT, it wouldn't shutoff after it finished a cup. Makes it a fire hazard in my book. Maybe your luck will be better.

After less than 6 months it stopped working!!! I've always cleaned this on a regular bases, and took care of it. I called customer service in the booklet and was told there was no trouble shooting steps for this model and to return it to Walmart.

Thought it was nice at first but after a few cups of coffee I started having trouble. Coffee pods weren't being punctured enough or too much. Pods would spill out of the cup. Also, it was very hard to close the lid with the pod in. Not enough space to pour the water in either.

The coffee maker that was received was repackaged. No K-cup filter, tag on the electric cord missing, and the box had coffee stains on it, and no instruction booklet. My brother was the recepitant of the package in a Wal-Mart box. Needless to say, this was a return product and should not have been with the new merchandise and sent out. There is obviously something wrong with it. He is in a wheelchair and I from time to time send him things he needs as I am too far from him in upper Maine and me in Mass. Also, in this order there was food item that were supposed to be sent from the store and needless to say that was also a mess. He wanted some frozen food a total of 10 items and a 12pk of Pepsi and he got 4. I called the store and spoke with a person in Pick-up and delivery name Kim she was helpful and explained the process and the person delivering the products must not have grab all the bags that went with the order. I would have thought that what wasn't delivered would have been pick-up and delivered later that day but no. She processed a refund on the items BUT that does not get the food to his house. This is the first time he wanted to try to get some food delivered to the house . If it worked he was going to do a grocery order for other products from the store. This is not the first time the delivery order was incorrect. The other purchase was a pair of rubber bootes and he received a box of 100 pairs of paper shoe covers. That was returned. I bought him a Wal-Mart gift card so that he could use it to buy things that he needs that will NOT be happening anymore. I will not be doing any on-line shopping at Wal-Mart because of the mess-up and missing items and refunds. It is just to much of a hassle especially when the orders are a mess, or you don't get what is ordered. The coffee maker is in Maine, and I am in Mass unable to photo.

the lid pops open half way through and stops working l would like a mew machine but my color scheme is red.

Takes time for water to heat up, before coffee starts coming out. It makes popping sounds with steam sputtering. Then stopped working all together after a few weeks.
