SKIL DL527502 20V 1/2'' Drill Driver Kit with 2.0 Ah Lithium Battery & Charger

I bought the tool because I'm a home owner with an old Dewalt 12v and couldn't find a decent aftermarket battery for the tool. Bummer. I looked at CR reviews and they gave this tool good marks. It was the right price, so I bought it. I haven't even drilled one hole yet, but the tool looks OK, runs fine and as long as the battery survives for 10 years or so, I'm satisfied. The price was right.

this product has been exactly what i needed for small jobs around the house. I have used it on a couple of projects and i am very pleased how it performed.

It's exactly what I needed for house and diy projects. Has excellent power, battery stays strong for days so far.. Has excellent features for newer users, for example the forward and backwards arrows light up when using. That's extremely helpful in my opinion.

Great performance. It only takes one hour to charge and keeps its charge fo a long time. Used it on two projects over three days. Not 8 hours a day but over three days. I thought the keyless chuck should be easier to tighten. Overall a great drill at good price.

Durable and affordable. Nice mid grade option for the home handyman. Don't waste money on on cheap tool store knockoffs.

alright for basic drill. bought to help move a trailer with the trailer valet system which said can use any 20v drill but this one wouldnt work on it. it would start then stop becaue it couldnt handle it. Does a great job on the campers stabilizer jacks though.

I put a drill bit in the chuck and drill a hole. Chuck loosens and releases drill bit. I tighten the chuck again and drill another hole, and the chuck releases the drill bit. Never had this happen on any other drill I've owned in over 50 years........
