After working in a tire shop for about a month I weigh about 149 lbs and I cannot push the plugs and rippers into some of these larger tires, had a buddy show me his little doodad drill bit and he patched a tire in about 30 seconds not even. I bought one and tested them out and I'm going ti buy 3 more to throw at my friends because what a game changer. 10/10 would recommend
Best on the market once you remove the nail or whatever it is that has your tire flat you can insert the reamer and your drill drill it then insert your plug into your drill, then plug it and you're on your way with some air very simple
Love the idea of not having to take off the tire and less man power
Plug the tire became so easy with this kit
i like the fact that its was so easy a short video and was done in like 10 minutes
definitely an excellent item was the easiest to plug a tire that I ever did I highly recommend it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to use and so easy to carry it in your car and have it on you wherever you go very portable you can put it in the trunk takes up very little space very effective on patching up a tire when on the go or even put it in your backpack when bicycling slime is very versatile and will patch up any tire desired. Great value for the money. Would recommend to anyone that has a car, a bike, a four-wheeler anything that has air in any tire
Works like a charm.
I had a screw in my tire, and didn't want to pay for a patch, so I decided to try a plug. I'd never plugged a tire before, however the video on Slimes website was great. The tools in the kit are of better than expected quality, and I advise keeping some gloves with you because the plug is super sticky and requires some handling to “thread” it into the tire hole inserter bit. The included glue helps, as does a utility knife to trim the excess plug, if you want. It's been a week so far and no air loss. I should add that I did the repair with wheel mounted on the vehicle, and I had access to an air compressor. Use soapy water to locate the puncture if you are unable to. If you're concerned about price, the cheaper manual kit should work just as well.
Made my situation more difficult. You're better buying each piece separately. Especially if you're new to it. Lost too much air repairing my tire which makes it more difficult
