I've only used this once so far, but ease of use is great. The value is well worth it to avoid the gas station air hoses. The pressure matches with my manual tire gauge as well as my vehicle's pressure gauge. The cord and hose are plenty long enough to reach all 4 tires on my SUV. Its great for low profile tires when the temperature changes and you have to constantly adjust the air pressure in your tires. Its compact so it doesn't take up a lot of room storing it in my vehicle.
This is the easiest tire inflator I have used. I particularly appreciate the auto shut-off feature when the correct psi is reached. This is a compact, easy to use inflator that I keep in my trunk, so I never have to worry about low tire pressure. I would definitely recommend this product.
I purchased this item expecting it to match the quality of my old one, which I had for over a decade. The old pump came with a car I bought years ago. Unfortunately, this new pump only lasted a few months; I barely got a year out of it. The connection where the hose attaches to the pump was very flimsy, cracked, and eventually broke. The hose on my old pump is designed similarly. I'm not sure if the issue lies with the rubber quality or the braiding around the hose. While it's a good-looking pump, the quality is disappointing, especially considering the price, and the warranty only lasts one year. Gladly, I returned the item for a full refund
This worked great the first time. Then when I used it again, it got really hot. It burned my hand it was so hot. Then, the base where it disconnects, the nozzle has burned a hole in it. Basically, there's some sort of defect because I only got 3 uses out of it.
well, it worked for less than a minute. then it shorted out my one outlet. then i tried to use it in another outlet, and it shorted that one out, too. so then i had to go to the auto store to get fuses to replace. so needless to say, this is going back. it cost me more money just to pump up some tires.
Used 1 time and it worked great. The second time it would turn on and then slowly slow down and then turn off. Had to recycle the car system then would turn on again but lose power. Borrowed a friends compressor and it worked great. Wanted to love the compressor but it is junk!
The green, plastic valve lock has broken AGAIN!! This is my 2nd unit since the first unit's green valve lock broke on the second try. The valve lock is a high stress component yet the piece used is simple plastic. I highly recommend NOT to buy this only because of this one piece…. Without a way to lock it onto a tire stem, it's a total waste of money. There is no way to use this unit as an air pump. I'm now past the Walmart 30 day return too..
Recd 1 for Xmas. Broke. I replaced wirh identical one. That one broke same place. Maybe consider using metal instead of plastic for "lever." I was careful when putting on and removing but still it broke. Other than that, it was great. But since I can no longer use, 1 star.
The green lever on the hose broke on the first use so you can't use the pump at all. I exchanged the first one thinking that it was just defected since this is a very expensive pump and the second one broke the second time I used it. I absolutely do not recommend this product. You might as well through your money in the trash instead of buying this. It will be the same result.
The lever on the back of the nozzle broke on the first use out. Granted it was very cold out but it shouldn't have broken . Unfortunately the lever is just cheap plastic. Mounted to more chest plastic. There's no metal on the nozzle at all including the pin.
