Best Salmon Smoker
I have had one before that got destroyed in a house fire so this was a replacement. To me this is perfect for making smoked salmon that I remember from living in Tulalip Washington. I can recreate the Indian candy alder smoked salmon in Oklahoma that I know and love.

Completely impressed with ability to smoke fresh red salmon! Quality, build, and extra racks is what makes this Big Chief smoker a hit for experienced or beginner entry level smoked food enthusiasts! I've had Big Chief smokers in the past and enjoy there ease of cleaning and longevity of these smoker models! When smoking a full load of fish just remember to set aside 10 to 12 hours for the entry level enthusiast, however, you'll be impressed with this model!

I ordered this item online as my local Walmart was out of stock. It came from another Walmart slightly further away. The smoker arrived the same day as ordered! The carrier was, friendly and professional. The smoker is a gift. We find it needs the insulating cover for our cooler temps. Couldn't find a better price anywhere else.

Works great!
For the most part, we love it. The only thing we really miss is that you can't fully cook the meats, they have to be finished on grill or in oven. We live in an apartment and its great for small spaces.

Excellent multi-purpose smoker.
This is my second Big Chief smoker. I owned the first for over 20 years. It's reliable, easy to use and durable. It is also light-weight and easy to move and store.

This smoker was everything I needed in a smoker. It has five large racks and enough room to smoke over 10 large salmon at once!

This is amazing! My dad had one when I was young and used it for fish and venison. I used it for bear jerky and it was awesome. Easy to use and super reliable.

Perfect price
The main things I like about this smoker was the price and its light weight. The smoker is very easy to move around for storage after use. For the price it is a very efficient smoker. I smoked 2 lbs of salmon in under 2 hours and it turned out great. The main thing you must remember is that this is a smoker and does not cook food.
