The dosages in this combination are great, and because of absorption problems I take these twice a day. The result is a great lift in energy and initiative, for which I am so grateful. Choline, inositol and PABA (for sun tolerance) are included and high ratio of vitamin C. WIsh I'd tried this a long time ago.

Better size! I really like having a multivitamin that includes both high dose Vit C and folic acid. I have never experienced a niacin flush while taking these capsules. My overall health seems even better than the health of those who are younger than me.

As I take mega-dose for both vitamin B complex and vitamin C, in time release form, I thought this would be a great product. However, after receiving it, I saw that the advertised dosage requires three tablets daily. I will not be buying this again. I'll go back to getting separate B complex and vitamin C tablets that are time release.
