I think it is maintaining my weight since being on a keto diet for going on 3 years. I've lessened the strictness of eating keto all the time and AMPK is taken everyday to assist in burning fat…..

First time I purchased this, both my wife and I could tell the difference. And more to the point, we both lost weight without changing exercise or dining pattern. However, 2nd purchase was not as successful. Really cannot tell any difference. Also with the second bottle, the texture of the pill is uncomfortable and tends to create enough friction when swallowing as to make it harder to get down. Often takes two or three good swallows of water to wash it down. Don't recall anything similar with the first purchase. The first purchase would have been a 5 star, after that 1 star. So averaging it out to 3 star. Probably will not reorder

Have only taken 3 pllls a couple of days apart as not sure it agrees with me. Too soon to tell.

I'm sure this is a good product but it depends on your metabolism and other factors. For me this sped me up big time and I oould not sleep well for the 3 days I was taking it.

I am going to return this product. I have been taking it for a week. The only difference I see is I feel bloated and my pants are tighter than they were before. I will say it does help with appetite and urges to eat. However I should have lost some water weight at least. this product may work for someone else but it is not for me. terrible feeling to feel bloated and I do drink plenty of water.

This didn't help me at all. I've been trying to lose weight and I'm on tirezepetide. However I've been "stuck" at the same weight for 2+ months. I'm so tired that I wake up and then fall asleep on the couch. Constant tiredness. No energy. I thought this product was supposed to "activate" my metabolism. I am very disappointed in wasting my money.

Supposed to reduce Belly Fat. Says right on bottle. Didn't expect miracles, but expected to see some signs of benefit after a full month of using. Nothing.

Sadly, this didn't work for me. Within 4 days I had terrible acid reflux. I'm 70 and have never had that in my life. It took about another 4 days to clear out of my system and thankfully I'm back to my normal self.

30 days and no results. My weight unchanged
