Sony PlayStation 4 Slim 1TB Video Game Console, Black - CUH-2215BB01

This ps4 was listed as new. IMO, it was used. the controller had signs of uses, the controller charge cable didn't have a wire tie, the HDMI cable zip bag was open and dusty. also, the consoles power cable was zip tied. It does work, so I'm going to let it slide.

Listen, there are not four controllers; only one. So loght, packed in box, everything was present. Brand spankin' new and works like a charm. Warning: some games may take seconds to days to play so, choose them wisely. Would hate to have you waiting when you could be playing something else! I love my new console!

My stepson was wanting this game system for a while. His mom was unable to get it for him. His dad and I wanted to surprise him for his birthday. We ordered it and it came earlier than expected and he was able get it for his birthday. Thank you Walmart for brighten the day of my so.

Horrible seller. When purchasing the item, the website showed that the item is returnable to the store. I tried to return it to a Walmart store, they said you cannot return the item and must contact the seller. After, contacting the seller, I was told the shipping cost should be paid by me and if the item has opened, there will not be a full refund. Please don't waste your time and money by purchasing from this seller. As I said, IT WAS THE MOST TERRIBLE ONLINE PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE.

I was a bit apprehensive about how I would be able to set this up as I have never purchased a console (I bought it for when my grandkids come to visit). It was SO easy! On screen prompts were great! I played Kingdom Hearts for more than 2 hours! Very pleased with how it was packaged when shipped, beautiful condition!

Have NEVER got the thing to work properly. It keeps saying it needs me to put a USB device into my computer and download from PlayStation.com an update and re-installation for a version of 13.04 or later. I should NOT have to do that. I've tried several times to upload this version from "the cloud" and it doesn't work. So there.

The package was dropped off by Fedex so I made sure we were home. The packaging is in a brown box then the PlayStation box on the inside. It runs great and my husband and son love it we have waited a long time to get one and we finally did. Definitely worth it.

I was kinda skeptical about ordering bc I'd read a couple bad reviews but I'm glad I ordered it anyway. I've only had it one day but everything's worked just fine so far with no issues. It also arrived one day earlier than the original delivery date. Really glad I ordered this console!

The selling process was fine. The set up of the PS4 that's another matter. It took me 1/2 day to get this thing up and running. Also a trip to Game Stop for additional support. I've seem to run across this pattern before when dealing with electronic devices. The directions assume that I should know how to do these tasks with limited instructions. They should make a more elementary step by step process.

I bought this for a loved one's birthday and I believe we got a used model even though it said it was new. The harddrive likes to make a worrisome sound every once in awhile and has done so since day 1. I've noticed it also tends to freeze more than mine and that's when it's barely in use.
