Perfect gift for my 10 year old grandson. He wanted one for a while but parents couldn't afford it. Works like new

This allows our son to practice alone, so he doesn't compare himeself to anyone.

Item was advertised as new, definitely not new, was packaged in an oversized box with air bags to try to protect it. The console is good and works but does show nicks along the sides though that may have been due to the shipment. The controller doesn't stay connected. It's fully charged but if not plugged in to a power source it will disconnect. Aside from those issues it works great. Definitely would have liked to have known it was not new in box as advertised.

I am very upset!!! I ordered a new Playstation 4 from the Walmart App. It showed NEW on the condition, and when I received it today, it is NOT NEW, but refurbished. If I wanted a refurbished Playstation 4, I would have ordered a refurbished one. It shows New on condition, and that's what I expect to receive!!!

Do not buy a PS4 from this listing. It is not new as listed in the details. It came in a beat-up plain brown shipping box, and the console itself was damaged and broken.

I didn't know this item was from a 3rd party vendor. It said it was new, that was a lie! this came scratched and obviously used. false advertising! It works, but I'm very disappointed in the way it was advertised. it did not come in a box, no instructions, very deceptive.

I received the game in a brown box not package, i'm surprised that it wasn't completely destroyed, but when I seen masking tape on the plastic bag inside the brown box, I didn't think to wanna try it for one. Why wouldn't it in a PlayStation box like they advertise? They advertise a brand new game with the accessories it look like something come off of eBay.

This is supposed to be a new game. It is very much used. The PS4 is not in a box. The unit is dirty, the controller is beat up! This is so very disappointing. This was a birthday gift, and it is awful. The description didn't say anything about used. There was a note in the box saying to let the seller resolve any issues with my purchase. I AM NOT DEALING WITH A THIRD PARTY. I BOUGHT THIS FROM WALMART, Walmart is who im going to deal with.

it was used. not the system advertised. did not come with instructions, accessories, or warranty adv, etc. was very poorly packaged, with a giant note that said if i wasn't happy, please give them a chance to fix it before contacting Walmart. Did not offer to do anything but have me drive to FedEx %26 return it.. Did not communicate with me further, even after i got Walmart involved. MOST BULL COMPANY EVER!! Save yourself the headache %26 order from someone else. anyone else.....

I dislike that Walmart is using third party sellers. I will buy off of eBay or Amazon if I want a third party seller. Paid a lot of money for this unit and it showed up and didn't even work right from the start. Was able to return it and get our money back but what a pain.
