Good mid-level headphones. Got on sale and couldn’t be more pleased. These aren’t $300 Bose headphones but for under $100 I couldn’t be more happy! Easy to sync and use.
The noise cancelling is interesting and I do believe that it works very well. All soft background sounds disappear while you have noice cancelling on. You can still hear louder talking and sounds if you are listening to softer music. They are comfortable and cute. The only thing is that when you put them on, the shape that the arc takes around your head is a bit odd (watch videos to see what I am talking about), but that isn't something that is off putting.
Bought these during their Black Friday deal as a Christmas gift for myself! I previously owned wireless Beats and in comparison these are great for noise cancellation but the sound quality is not that good when comparing them to my other headphones. They give off a lot of sound pollution as well unfortunately. I like that you can turn the noise canceling on or off and the Bluetooth is easy to use. Sometimes the Bluetooth will randomly turn off which is a bit annoying but I just turn off the headphones and turn them back on and they reconnect. They don’t take very long to charge and the charge lasts for days even when I’m using it frequently. I would say these are good for the discounted price but definitely wouldn’t buy at full price due to the sound quality.
they are good headphones with good sound quality, but my biggest problem is that anyone and everyone can hear what your listining to, they play as loud as my phones speaker on 50%, and the noise cancelling isnt great if im being honest, but there great if you on your own, just listing to music I guess.
For the most part I like them the noise cancellation is top tier. The sound is clear. BUT randomly and for no reason the disconnect when ever they want to it's annoying. Idk if it's a software bug or what.
I've had this headset for about 5 months now. The battery life is pretty good, of about 2 days (36 hours) without a charge. The sound canceling is great. The main problem I have with this headset was I was hoping to use it for my computer to avoid dangling wires but unfortunately, this headset does not work with that. I've tried, but it just keeps disconnecting every 5 seconds even though my tower is <2 feet away from me. So I have to stick with an audio jack adapter cord, defeating the purpose of my purchase.
Got these on Black Friday to replace my Beats wireless headphones. The sound is great, the noise canceling works well. My only complaint is that it doesn't automatically pair with my mac air when I try cueing up. I have to repair every time I switch. I also find them to be built cheaply and the buttons require me to look at them to adjust the volume/noise cancelling/pause/etc. They also don't seem to link volume with my iPhone or apple watch, so that was disappointing. They sound better than the Beats and fully cover my ears, which are important to me.
Awhile ago I bought me WH-CH700N. I liked it so much that a few month later I went ahead and bought WH-CH710N hoping that I get a same or perhaps better headphone. Pairing the Bluetooth wasn’t an issue; however, my iPhone headphones app doesn’t see this headphone. And the downside to that is that you won’t be able to experience different sounds by this headphone. I tried and tried it doesn’t pick pick the device. My other headphone was picked up by the music center and headphone app right away. Those sound setting through the app add so much layers to the quality of the sound you receive through your headphone. I may return this.
I contacted Sony to get this fixed. I have followed every "Fix" step-by-step, including uninstalling device drivers, and reinstalling device drivers for MB and Windows 10 pro, and the Microphone still does not work. I'm a life coach and need to be able to engage in conversation via Skype, MS teams, etc. and the microphone does not work. Audio sounds will also crackle and pop and cut-out. Also the "control" buttons are difficult to distinguish by touch, as are the markings difficult to see with NO contrast against same as material background. Poor Design
Headband material is so poor that it cracked within one month of rare and cautious use. Don't buy these headphones as it is waste of money. Sony doesn't cover it under warranty saying it is physical damage even if they know it is poor material used while manufacturing.
