L-threonate is the most expensive type of magnesium, so i did the math, and per 35% daily value serving, this is the most affordable.

Supports focus and memory retention as advertised. Great stuff. I only take twice a day and still does great work.

MAGTEIN
After taking this for a couple of weeks I realized I was sleeping so much better. Started giving to my husband and think he is sleeping better now. I started taking this to help my memory, but this is the third bottle and I cant tell if it has helped my memory or not. I sure am still forgetful.

Bigger capsules, more fillers, and odd taste compared to Magtein we were previously using. This was less expensive and now I know why. Going back to previous brand.

no difference on memory
I noticed no improvement and oddly enough it gave me constipation when regular magnesium does the opposite. I won't be buying it again.

The other mag threonate was better
I am so disappointed. It has very little threonate in it and has other fillers. Doesn't help me sleep like the other mag threonate I got last time. Next time I'll get the other threonate mag from y'all.
