Perfect natural supplement to help ease anxiety

I use the Theanine Serene with Relora before bedtime. Together with L-Tryptophan and sometimes extra GABA. It makes you really calm and at ease. You really feel the different! I would buy this supplement again! And also thanks to Swanson for the good price!

I use this product daily. It aids in stress and helps me feel more balanced. It does not make me feel tired or sleepy...but, I do feel more relaxed. The theanine truly helps with heart palpitations due to things like thyroid issues and extreme stress. I love this product and won't be without it!!

I take this to help with stress enjoying the calming effect without sedation which is useful for work, when I get home to relax before sleeping. I tried the Theanine with GABA w/o the Relora which did not have the same effect so I believe there is something very vauable in the Relora and will be adding that individual supplement also.

This is a great combo of usually expensive ingredients, put together in a convenient pill. The synergy of these ingredients is evident after the first use.

Over the past forty years I have probably taken a hundred different supplements, and I have never been able to find one supplement, or combination of supplements, that made me feel really, really relaxed. I agree with the reviewer who said that this formula is not strong enough to make a profound difference. And the problem is you cannot triple or quadruple the dosage, because if you do, the excessive magnesium will most likely give you the runs. Because I have a strong disliking for tablets, I will be ordering only softgels or capsules in the future.

It might work for someone else, but it didn't work for me.

This product does work but for is not suitable for me because of my tolerance. It would take 4 times the normal dose for me to get the effect I desire. I gave some to a friend and he loves it and only has to take 1 pill instead of two. I guess it works better for some and not others because of individual tolerance levels. This product just wasn't strong enough for me to be happy with it.

I bought this product to give me more well beeing, to fight anxiety but...my individual responce vasn't good, even it gaves to me more bad feelings, like more anxiety. But i read other reviews in some other site and it seems good for other people...so try it.
