This product was one that we would always get at our local spa dealership Noticed it was on walmart.com and decided to order it through there Price I believe was a little bit less so that was even a better deal and with Walmart plus it was delivered at no extra charge

Spa Marvel is a marvelous product for conditioning the water in hot tubs and the grime gripper really helps with collecting body oils/residue in the water. I loved the fact that we were supporting a small business. They even included a handwritten note thanking us for the order.

We bought our first bottle of Spa Marvel Water Treatment and Conditioner at the end of December. We had just purchased our spa earlier that month but after just a couple weeks, we were getting rashes and bumps. I heard about Spa Marvel and thought we'd give it a try. A couple weeks later, it hadn't made much a difference, the water felt silky, but we were still itching and getting bumps. I contacted Spa Marvel and one of their support agents, Tim, responded to us right away. From our answers to his questions, we were able to determine that we either had a buildup of chemical residue (from overshocking and the acids used to lower the ph) or even possibly bacteria, since even new spas can harbor contaminants from water remaining in lines when the factory wet-tests them. He recommended decontaminating it, which was super chlorinating it and maintaining a 20 ppm reading for 72 hours then draining and refilling it. Throughout the whole process, Tim was right there to help us every step of the way, answering any questions we had immediately. And in the following weeks after we refilled it, he checked in about every week to see how everything was going. He provided us with a wealth of information and so many helpful suggestions. Since we refilled it and started over, our spa has been perfect and our family hasn't had any issues. I'm so glad that we contacted Spa Marvel and were able to have all the issues we were having resolved. Even though we were testing the water religiously and the levels were good, there was a lot we didn't know about and things we were doing wrong, being first time spa owners. We were worried that we weren't going to be able to use our spa and almost regretting buying it. But thanks to not only the Spa Marvel products, but to all of the help from Tim, we're now able to enjoy our spa and are loving it. He truly went above and beyond and Spa Marvel exceeded our expectations.

We purchased our hot tub a couple years ago and it was set up for us by the company. My husband and I use it on average 2x a week. Weekly chemicals were required at that time (with the old chemical set up) and although it is not difficult to do, it was obvious it would become time consuming and costly. I began to research options and I am so excited that I took the time to read more about Spa Marvel. Although we were uncertain whether we would like it we made the investment, drained all the water, did a thorough cleaning and refilled it using Spa Marvel's instructions. The first time we used it we knew we made an excellent choice. Getting out of the water no longer made our skin and hair feel as if you need to run to the shower. Our skin was no longer feeling sticky and coated with chemicals. Now that is the best part, when you can soak in the hot tub and just relax afterwards. We eventually decided to add a float that holds Bromine Tablets and that was the final touch we needed for clear, beautiful water with absolutely no maintenance. For our 2x / week usage we went almost 6 months before our next drain and refill. So I think we will make water changes at the start of fall and the start of spring. BEST PRODUCT EVER!

Phil here, hot tub "geek" as some of my friends call me. I love this product. I use all 4 products from spa marvel but the conditioner is my favorite. My skin feels soft when im done in my spa. I have used other products but find myself coming back to spa marvel because I love it that much. The complete line makes maintenance easy and I have it down pat.

Did my first treatment with Spa Marvel two weeks ago. Since then, I've noticed how much "softer" the water feels on my skin, and the chemical odor is so much less noxious. Furthermore, my PH and Alkalinity have been so stable, with only a slight change here and there. I'm using less chlorine than before, and my tests still show my levels within range with about half as much as I was using before. I'm sold!

This was a game changer for us and our hot tub. Tried this after running our new hot tub for about 6 months the normal way. I decided to try Spa Marvel and will never go back. I still change my water and add a new spa marvel every two-three months so it maybe costs more in the end, but it's just so easy. Spa Marvel + 1 or 2 Chlorine pucks a week. That's it. The tub is always squeaky clean - no film forms on the edges, the water stays crystal clear, no foam. I think lots of other products exist like this, but I'm hesitant to move or try something else. I have spoken to the guy who created Spa Marvel and he's been super helpful. I do find if I start trying to fix levels being slightly off for Spa Marvel, it's a slippery slope. Just leave it alone, and follow the instructions. I also clean the filter very thoroughly ever week with a pressure washer.

I hate the smell and feel of hot tub chemicals. This is the best product we have found. Water stays clear longer, softer and no harsh odour.
