[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed this to attach to resistance bands for home workouts. It worked very well for what I wanted it for. It’s very comfortable and the Velcro holds securely during leg and glute exercises. I would say however if you are small framed it may be too big for you. I am average framed female and had it adjusted as tight as it could go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product info says it adjusts to fit all ankle sizes, but that was not true for me because my ankles are so small that I couldn’t get a snug fit around my ankle, even at the tightest fitting and even while wearing socks. Regardless of my personal experience, this resistance band is very well made. Soft cushioning on the inside makes the band comfortable even if you don’t wear socks before putting it on, and the Velcro closing seems strong enough to keep it closed. This only came as a one-pack, so you’ll need to buy another one if you want to do to leg-to-leg strength or muscle improving exercises, otherwise, you’ll have to attach one end to a cable machine.

Works good, the only thing is that I thought it was a set but works perfect!
