What a great find, especially at this price on clearance! It's a very pretty birdbath, and comes with a solar-powered pump/fountain. I particularly like that the bowl is not metal, so won't rust. I bought a similar fountain for a birdbath on Arizona over 10 years ago for about $12, so this is really a great value. Having experience with this item, I recommend using it only on still days because wind will cause it to empty the water quickly and potentially burn out the motor. I like it so much, I ordered 2 more as gifts!

It's very deep so either don't put much water in, or add some large stones so the birds don't drown. If birds fall in, and it's deep, birds won't get out. The problem with not filling it full is then the fountain doesn't work well then. Don't get me wrong, I like this foundation bird bath a lot. Just think about these things before use. The fountain works almost too well, I had to pop the top piece off, because the water was spraying over the side of the bird bath. Now the water just bubbles up more like a drinking fountain. I moved the fountain to my old bird bath because my birds are leary of the new one. It will take time until they get used to it. The sun was going down so the fountain wasn't running as much as it usually does when I took the photo.

Nice addition to my bird area, definitely recommend. The solar powered fountain is very nice. The only thing I would caution about it is that it does not operate like solar lights, where it stores the solar power and continues to work. Once the direct sunlight is off of it, it completely stops working for the day.

I appreciate that the bowl can be lifted up to empty the water every day. I actually bought another version of this fountain earlier, only to realize that the bowl is screwed into the pole, so there was no way to empty the bowl. No. So this design is much better! The pole holds the weight of the water bowl just fine, without tipping or swaying. The solar panel is a nice addition and works well. It took the birds only 2 days before they started using it, and they love it. Their feet can grip the holes around the rim. It's a good design overall. It arrived quickly and was well packaged.

Very well made item. The bird bath bowl has holes large enough to hang it from a chain. It can be a hanging bird bath or feeder. The stake is n I t flimsy. It ca be tall or remove one of the metal pieces to make it shorter. Solar fountain works great. I will buy more.

This is a lovely little fountain. I’ve only had it for a couple of days and I love it. The only weird part was figuring out where to attach the pieces that keep it centered. It turns out they get shoved into the underside of the foam. Easy peasy. But not included in the instructions. I hope the pump will last a long time. I just purchased another one for my mother-in-law for her birthday.

Loving this solar powered bird bath! Pros: 3/4 of the set up was super simple. See cons for my personal experience putting on the anti collision bars. Getting the solar panel to work was a breeze. Don't gloss over the shaking and 8 second submerge of the panel. It started working immediately. The different fountain nozzles are easy to attach and change. Pole assembly was easy. Metal spike at the bottom folds, and stays open with a twist screw so I hope that doesn't loosen over time which would cause the whole thing to tilt/fall. I like the holes on the outside bowl for the birds to perch on. I did add stones after reading expereinced bird watchers said to make sure the birds had an easy way out so they don't get trapped and drown. Cons; Probably just me, but I could not figure out how to attach the anti collision bars [straws] to the solar panels until I searched YouTube videos. Apparently there are "microscopic" slots on the underside of the panel that the clips go into. Again, operator error. The bowl is pretty flimsy. I wish now that I had ordered the circle style because that'll be easier to replace if this oval one breaks or cracks. For some reason i thought the bowl was copper, which I wanted to help prevent algae build up but it was just the color so that is totally my bad. I didn't read the description well enough. Overall, I just set it up today and I Love it. Would definitely reccomend! I will provide any relevant updates in the future.

I didn't expect top quality but really surprised how light and cheap feeling the actual bath is. It's like REALLY light - like I could break it in half with my hands if I tried. Set up was easy enough. The pump only works in bright direct sunlight. If the sun goes behind a small cloud the pump goes completely off until 100% blue sky direct sunlight is on it. The pump works great, but the water splashes. After about 45 minutes, 80-90% of the water has splashed out of the bird bath. Windy days make it even worse. It came with these plastic straw type things that you're supposed to attach so that the pump stays in the middle. They didn't work for me. The design of these is lazy and cheap. Overall a fun little thing, but ultra cheapo construction makes even the sale price not the best value.

I like the look of this birdbath, but it won't hold water. Each time I fill it, the water is gone almost immediately. There must be a leak somewhere which renders it useless. Very disappointed in the item. Was looking forward to using it this summer.
