The best sugar free alternative out there. No crazy gross aftertaste. Closest thing to actual sugar you can get flavor wise. I use it in baked goods, desserts and my fancy coffees. Perfect for daily use. Though for liver health watch the quantity of erythritol consumed.
used in place of regular powdered sugar and couldn't tell any difference, between sweetness and how product was blended into cookies. really nice product
great blend(erithrytol, allulose, stevia). NO MALTODEXTRIN or other hidden carbs for those curious for health/diet reasons. ALWAYS check the ingredients. almost every sweetener has hidden carbs
I use this to sprinkle on fresh fruit especially apples because when bought in the store they're not always sweet it is lightly granulated so it works well to sprinkle on food and eaten. sweet enough but not too sweet
This zero calorie sweetener dissolves well. It tastes good which helps me consume lower sugar calories. This helps me with my pre-diabetes.
I'm diabetic and I use this to make sweet tea I use 1.5 cups per gallon and it is really good. It has zero affect on my blood sugar no spikes nothing at all and it makes the best sweet tea. If your diabetic just monitor your blood sugar and safely drink your sweet tea or any other baked good you like. Much safer than the Yellow Packets of Splenda for diabetics.
The taste and texture are spot on.
Outstanding product with no after taste .
I see many sweetener reviews with complaints on flavor. In my opinion, it’s about personal preference. Taste buds adapt if one is willing to give it a go. For baking, I believe this is a good blend. My personal preference for a go-to sweetener is Stevia however it does not bake well on its own. I believe this to be a quality. Baking blend sweetener from a quality brand. I will buy again. FYI I keep an assortment of sweeteners on hand to use in different situations. The brand I buy the most is Splenda.
I used this to make my pound cake recipe and it did not turn out like when I use real sugar. My recipe has never failed using real sugar but with this the cake turned out to be so dense that I would not recomend this sugar for making pound cakes. I like that it can be measured one for one but that's about it. It's almost too sweet tasting compared to regular sugar but atleast it does not leave a funky aftertaste. I probably won't purchase it again.
