It came quickly, is relatively inexpensive, and performs as expected. Overall a great purchase!
I was skeptical about how this would really work my inner thighs, but I'm not now! There is some force on this little gadget and I love how I can feel the muscles working when I use it! It's also great for your chest muscles too. It's solid made and there is nothing cheap about this! I'm very impressed and glad I've added this to my workouts!!
I'd been using a kid's ball as a thigh toner for a couple of years. I finally decided to try something with a little more strength. I'm glad that I did! This toner has similar resistance to the thigh toner machine at the gym, but I can use it every day at home. It comes with a small instruction manual that contains a few different exercises. I think that it's going to help me a lot in my quest to get in better shape.
Gosh this is a nifty gadget . Very easy to use, nothing to set up. I've used it a week now. At first thighs hurt where I didn't use them. Easing into the thigh toner, it stretches everything . Can't wait to see after use of let's say 3 to 6 months. By then I should be a pro at it.
I'm an over 60 female who is constantly fighting the onset of flab so I decided to give this a try. It does give a good workout on your thighs, I've just started so I do this for five minutes intervals while I'm watching tv. I definitely have some soreness so I know it's working my muscles. It's comfortable when in place and has ample cushioning so the device doesn't cause friction or pain. It seems sturdy and can be wiped down after using. This seems to be a convenient way to add more exercise into my routine and that's always a plus!
One can get a good work out with the Thigh Toner. The exercise guide contains fife different exercises, four for the legs and one more for the arms. I came up with three additional exercises for the upper part of the body. The guide gives good instructions on how to perform the exercises. It is a spring tension exerciser, it has no adjustments nor controls. but it does a good job if the instructions are followed.
The SPRI Exercise Thigh Toner is an easy to use and really works your thigh muscles. Just place the thigh toner between your thighs, while lying on the floor, and press your thighs together. Super easy to use while watching TV or to incorporate into an existing work out plan.
Great concept, but...took quite a bit of force on my knees to close, often went flying across the room no matter which of the floor exercises I chose (with exception of course to hand held exercises). The force to close on inner knees left bruises, for me, this is only a half useful workout tool. I assume once I am stronger, this will not happen, however that sort of defeats the purpose of this device.
For those as old as I am perhaps you remember the similar gadget from the early 90's that was sold by an actress, I had always wanted to give it a try, so I received this and thought, "great, I can finally try one of these." It does help give resistance, which is the purpose. It creaks a bit, I'm afraid the plastic in the middle is either going to separate or break. I have yet to have an issue with it, but I am a little wary. I don't know what the plastic is covering though, it may be a metal joint so could be okay. I found that despite the foam padding that it hurt my knees having it press against them. Putting a towel as extra padding helped alleviate that some. There's a few exercises for it, not many in the booklet. There's suggestion of an app to download, but it has exercises featuring other exercise equipment, not this particular one. I haven't had it long enough to notice any difference from using it.
The concept behind this thigh toner is great but the toner itself would not last very long at all. The padding around the bars is not nearly thick enough for comfort and it is not nearly sturdy enough. From the pictures I have attached, you can see the padding has already become stressed and I only used it once! I would not recommend this to anyone. The product is way too cheaply made
