SPRI Resistance Bands Combo, 3-Pack, Medium Strength Level

This review is for the three pack of resistance bands, first let's start that it is a three pack and there is some directions in the box to help guide you with some work outs so you can start using them. Each band is a different size made for different areas of strength building. These do get easier to use over time and so far have not lost there shape. These are made from good quality material and seem to be well put together, and let me just say these things give you a good addition to your everyday work out routine.

These fans are great for working your entire body. My favorite thing about them is that they are extremely portable and you can take them anywhere especially while traveling to get your workout in. The bands are small and fold up and can easily fit in your pocket, purse, or really anywhere you want to take them. It's basically a giant rubber band. It works really well as resistance training which is great for your body and muscle toning. I love using it for legs and stabilization and it's perfect to help prevent injuries, as I am a distance runner. I'm really excited about these and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their athletic abilities. It is suitable for all ages and abilities as well, even the elderly can get involved with these and safely use them to help improve muscle tone. These are really great to use and I love that this set comes with instructions and a picture manual to help you effectively do the exercise needed with each different band. This set came with three different bands, one for legs, one for arms, and one for overall working out. I'm highly satisfied with this product and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great workout, especially if you travel a lot.

These are great quality. I've used them a few times and they provide great resistance. They don't feel like they should snap if overused. I've noticed a lot of these have a weird rubbery smell out of the box but these don't really have a smell at all. I like the various sizes to change up the workout. They also provide lots of workout ideas on cards in the box. Great for beginners!

The Resistance Band Combo comes with 3 latex bands and a full page color exercise guide for each band. The long flat band is a little thinner than the loop band and the mini loop band. The included exercises make a great start for working out with these bands. These bands feel like the kind they use for physical therapy/rehab exercises. This set is the Medium resistance level which is probably the best for most people. This is a good set for beginners or more advanced needs. It is made of latex however, so some people may have a sensitivity to it. This makes for a great workout and the bands barely take up any storage space!

I was interested in resistance training and had seen these in stores before. I was interested in resistance training for muslce tone and also a good work out for women with risk for osteoporosis. I was impressed with the bands that came with this set. They seem to be good quality. Moreover I was excited that the set came with an instruction booklet for each band with a variety of exercises that could be done with that particular band. I have used them a couple times so far and they seem to be good resistance and well enough made. Good set for beginner and at home work outs.

I really like the variety of the two different sizes bands and one long resistance strip. I especially love the strip for stretching. It has the right amount of resistance. My two daughters also like to use the bands. During these times it's nice to be able to do a bit of my workout from home with these bands.

Love these bands. They have been a great addition to my home workout area. The best part about these is the retention. You can do so many exercises it is unreal. Great for travel if you have to be out of town for work also. Wish I would've owned bands years ago!!

I like these bands. They come with pamphlets that show you with photo inserts how to do the workouts per band. 3 different size bands. These are great for travel! You can even workout while people are sleeping. No videos neccessary. Definitely intense. One thing I personally would recommend is wearing gloves that can grip the bands. My hands kind of felt some type of way pulling on them etc. Some may not mind it but I did. I would recommend the.

I have been using the bands for about 7 weeks on my àrms ànd legs.. at firsr it was difficul I found. As I got sweaty my hand slip some ok the bandages.i simply dried my hands and the bands and got back to work. In 7weeks I have lost 2 1/2 inches off my arms and I'm going to continue using the medium strength then move on to the next one.

These bands rolled up the whole time I used them. I worked out to a video from online, and her band didn't seem to roll up like mine was doing the whole time. The bands also get sweaty where they lay against the skin. I had never worked out with resistance bands before but it seems like these could be a little thicker and maybe have a texture added so they don't get so slick when sweat gets on them.
