Quality product
I've tried several items looking for a little extra “strength”. When I tried this it gave exactly what I was looking for. I typically only take it if I know I'm about to be “active”, within about 30-45 mins I'm ready to go. I'm settled on this item for now. Also knowing that it's all natural!
