Eat these after a meal and feels like desert! They are really good. I have waist length hair and these gummies have been a major factor in getting it this long and keeping it healthy. I recommend them to others anytime I'm asked about my hair.

Not even the same thing - I approved it but didn't look close enough clearly! Not the same kind of vitamins and who would think they would substitute something completely different?!
