Husband started taking these a few months ago to help him sleep . He can't get his mind to let go and rest . It seems to be helping him relax a little more and sleep without waking up every 3-4 hours

These are 10 mg gummies. I have to take two when I have insomnia, which is a pretty large dose. I let them resolve in my mouth before swallowing. They taste good. I have noticed melatonin in general causes me to have more vivid and memorable dreams, sometimes unpleasant ones.

I find these work very well. I get a good nights sleep when I take them. I am just having a hard time with the taste of them. They are yucky. I will not buy them again.

I'm glad I bought the smaller bottle first. Took 2 weeks strait, absolutely no impact on my sleep pattern. Very disappointed. Don't waste your time and dough on this
