It's a pretty simple utility knife. It operates as it should, feels good in the hand, and most importantly the blade stays put even when applying a lot of pressure while cutting. Cool green is a bonus though I didn't need hi viz for any practical reason. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Marketing photos just don't do it justice. This is an almost neon-green, and will be INCREDIBLY hard to misplace. The blade extends and retracts incredibly smoothly, doesn't hang-up anywhere. The only minor annoyance is that, in taking it apart ti install/replace a blade, putting it back together correctly to put the screw back in was a bit of a pain. This may seem like a basic knife but it is more. It feel great in the hand which makes things much easier to cut. It puts confidence in you that it won't flex on you. Holds the blade great. I gave this knife a fair rating as I had to get a screwdriver out to get it opened up to get the packaging out and the blade in. The case has casting flaws at the underside that I will have to file smooth before long time use. I'm sure this was a fluk on the knife as I've never had this on other knives that I have purchased. The color is great and the knife works well when cutting aluminum on a brake to make window wraps. If I rated this knife as shipped I would give it two stars. I'm rating it based on no casting flaws. The underside of this knife is smooth like the red retractable knife, but it isn't an issue as you are not trying to hold the blade out while cutting so you get a better grip on the knife body. This is one of the most precise utility knives I've ever used. I love the overall look of it, especially the color, and how comfortable it is to use because of the slip resistant handle. One huge plus is that I can store extra blades right in the handle so I never lose them!

As a driftwood hobbyist I make one of a kind creations such as baskets, serving trays, clocks, walking sticks etc. mostly from driftwood and various other woods. I'm forever stripping bark, splitting wood with utility knives and I find this knife to be a heavyweight and easy to find on my workbench. It's hard to change the blade. I don't have a lot of strength in my hands like I use to. But by using a pair of pliers. I got the job done

Why won't the blade come out? I lost my boxcutter that required a simple push forward. This is a puzzle. Help. I'm sick of buying these.
