Star Trek Strange New Worlds: The Complete First Season (Blu-ray)

Great series - similar to The Original Series (TOS), in that each episode stands alone and doesn't require the backstory of many other episodes to tell its story. If you streamed it, you've probably never seen all of the fine detail that streaming seems to leave behind. Of course, for long-time fans, it's always great to have the reference material on a shelf, instead of hoping that the episode you want to re-examine will be streaming soon on a service you currently subscribe to. I caught most of these episodes on a free streaming week and had to get these Blu-Rays for a better look.

I personally think this is the best Star Trek series yet it's absolutely excellent. The quality and artwork on the steel book are also excellent and I absolutely love this season. Would highly recommend it.

One of the best Star Trek series out there right now. Definitely better than the 3 kelvin timeline jj abrhams movies. Second season is on a roll right now too. Since it was on sale made this a no brainer. Worth it 👍🏽

Dvd was delivered on time and in great condition

Star Trek Strange New Worlds Season 1 was a nice surprise coming off Star Trek Discovery. It harkens back to the original series, with the last episode being my favorite. Still, the season was uneven, with some weak and some good episodes. Overall, I think it's worth watching if you aren't too critical a Star Trek fan. And if you need some sort of point of reference, I prefer the original series and Next Gen. Not really a fan of the stuff that came out after Enterprise.
