Star Wars Chess Game

My son loved receiving this gift! Accurate representation of Star Wars characters on chess pieces. He loves playing chess with the Star Wars chess pieces. I love that he is not playing video games. It is a win-win!

Good mechanics (plastic but recognizable)! Each piece is marked at the bottom of the stand to indicate what the character represents as it's chess form natural look. This will help you maneuver you pieces as you play but you have to be acquainted with chess to know what the piece represents. That saying for the price it's a nice chess set.

This was my sons Favorite Birthday gift, and he also got a laptop!!! The pieces are really well made with lots of details. My son loves Star Wars and playing chess so this was the absolute perfect gift.

This was a gift for my son who is a Star Wars fan. If he doesn't play chess, he'll put it on display.

I find this game a wonderful re-enactment of the Star Wars fantasy while playing my favorite game of Chess.

The round bases( with has the image of the chess piece, knight, pawn, etc.) must be pushed onto the characters. You need to use the enclosed diagram to know which parts go together. Didn't take too long to put it all together for my grandson.

Seemed a little pricey for plastic playing pieces. But, it is Star Wars. My son loved it as a gift and can't wait to play it. Overall, a decent product.

I'm excited to give this as a gift to my grandson. I think he'll enjoy it and my son will enjoy playing chess with him with this game. I purchased on Walmart.com and had it delivered. It should have been packaged better because the box is damaged. Since it's a gift I might exchange it at the store but haven't decided yet.

Great way to introduce chess to a child. He was interested in the characters and the prices still had the traditional symbols on them (at the base). Quality is Ok. Nice gateway to chess

Item was very good for the money. However, I wish the people food got the product together for me to pick up would have placed the stickers in different spots. I gave this as a gift to my nephew and part of the picture on the box was obstructed because of where a Walmart employee haphazardly placed a barcode sticker. Tried to remove the sticker to make box presentable but was unsuccessful. Other than that, the product was wonderful.
