Very rich and decadent flavor! Powder dissolves easily in milk unlike a lot of other mixes. Instructions are clear and simple. Perfect for when you want good quality hot chocolate but don't want to take the time to make it from scratch! A little pricy but worth it when you want a treat!

I heat whole milk on the stove and add 1/2 an envelope (it's strong for me) as it's heating. Once it's mixed in, it smells like homemade chocolate pudding. 😊 What made me purchase was the limited ingredient list. I grew up with Ovaltine and served it to my children, but their ingredient list is very long, despite it being labeled as “healthy”.

This Starbucks Classic Hot Cocoa Mix does not have a bad aftertaste - It is a great classic smooth-tasting cocoa mix for picky eaters/drinkers. This luscious hot cocoa mix is delicious when enjoyed plain with a slight drizzle of maple syrup, however, when a crown of whipped cream is added, the cocoa then becomes elegantly delicious. Starbucks is the best instant hot chocolate available on the market. In my opinion I like to make it with milk instead of water to add richness to the taste. It's a little more expensive but still cheaper than buying it at the coffeehouse or restaurant.

WOW this stuff is wonderful..I will never buy another brand although it's a tad expensive it's worth it. Rich and creamy when made with milk.. I put a dab of cold brew creamer on it to make it richer..Excellent beverage..

Easy mixing, no aftertaste, not too high in calories, definitely for picky eaters! Got these as stocking stuffers for my family. They were both surprised and delighted!

I'm not a big hot chocolate drinker but occasionally on a cold night I have a I would recommend making yours homemade with cocoa. It gives you the instructions on the can taste for a hot drink before I go to bed and this fits the bill. It is much more expensive than the brands you make with the water and since I don't drink it very often it's worth paying the extra money for me, but for most people who are hot chocolate drinkers. I would recommend buying the can of cocoa and making it per the instructions on the can. I just don't drink it enough to make it that way although I could because I always keep a can of Coco in my home but we're an occasional hot cocoa drinker it's well worth the money.

The taste of the product isn't the problem, it's the shrinkflation in packaging, and pricing! This is supposed to be an eight pack box according to the picture and the price per ounce, but it's really only a six pack box now, so the price per ounce is incorrect and the amount that you get is incorrect. This is sneaky and deceptive!

I added Starbucks marshmallow cocoa to my cocoa basket this year and I have to say I was actually disappointed. Not rich until it cools down. Bitter tasting. 4 mini marshmallows in the packet. Mixes clumpy and yes the temperature of my liquid was hot enough. First time trying it and won't be buying it again.

You are so screwed up on this order. First I order and it is on the way. Then there is a refund and message that there are delivery issues. Order still says on the way. It has been ordered and reordered so many times, I can't figure it out! Never used to have problems with Walmart, but here we are. They are totally messed up. They tell me I'm not eligible for a refund, item isn't delivered, and then another person says here's the refund for everything in the order. Crazy! Hold on to good memories of the old Walmart, because that's all there is--memories. Today's Walmart is all messed up! Beware!
