I just bought a refurbished straight talk hotspot from walmart and then bought this 10gb data plan for it. This was super easy to setup and use and I am getting 18mbps download with a 3 bar on the hotspot. I am happy with that. It could be better but it still is enough for me to watch netflix in 4k and youtube videos etc. The data from straight talk is much much cheaper than the data on other hotspot devices. I'm on the verizon network with it when I checked the speed of it. I think it's great! A lot of the negative reviews are by people who honestly don't know what they are doing.

Purchased this and never even got to use it and had reached out asking for it to be refunded to me with no help whatsoever and I am still unable to get the money back in this and trying to get ahold of someone who is an actual human is next to impossible. If this was made right with me I would have a better review on this.

It was unclear what provider this service came with and I bought it unknowing it wasn't going to work with straight talk so now I'm stuck with it and I cannot return it. I'm unsatisfied with the fact that I cannot return this product after I purchase it, especially if I didn't apply it to any devices extremely unhappy definitely will not purchase again.

will not work, says the e-card number isn't right so i called technical support and says it's not compatible with my straight talk phone, very disappointing because i lost 30 dollars on something that is for straight talk and doesn't work on my straight talk phone..

I brought this item happy that I could get my phone turned back on but I bought it and I got it though my email and I was ok cool then I followed everything and it said wrong PIN number meaning as it's the wrong card even though when I walked into the store before and bought the same exact card it worked but when I bought it online it didn't and even when I asked and try to get a refund for it cuz it was almost 30 something dollers and I don't have a lot of money it wouldn't even let me do that

I bought this to use with a Moxee hotspot to monitor my smart devices when I am away from home. Unfortunately, the Moxee stops working after a few days. It requires that the power button to be pushed to reboot the device. Since I am not there to push the button it is useless for the purpose that I bought it for.

It's not for the phone used at all.And when I bought it, the person that sold it to me over the phone knew that I was calling about the phone and not the house and it is for the home box, not for your phone.So I feel like I kind of got screwed because I can't return it

I'm unable to used this card on the table I got from Walmart I had to go to ATT and purchased a hotspot card in order to use the tablet so I lost money purchasing the 25.00 card from Walmart for straight talk

it's not for my cellphone as I thought it was a hotspot add on to my service not for a item I don't have.. so I can't get a refund for it either.. misinterpreted the item..
