PURCHASING THE CARD ONLINE AND PICKING IT UP, I DID NOT KNOW THAT THE CARD HAD TO BE ACTIVATED AT THE STORE UPON PICK UP! WE HAD THE MOST DIFFICULT GETTING THE SERVICE, WHEN I WENT BACK TO WALMART CUSTOMER SERVICE, A PERSON TOLD ME TO GET IN TOUCH WITH WALMART.COM. I TOLD HIM THAT THE NON ACTIVATION WAS NOT MY FAULT AND I HAD NO IDEA THAT THE CARD WAS NOT ACTIVE FOR USAGE. FORTUNATLEY THE MANAGER CALL A NUMBER, PUT THE CARD IN WITH HIS STORE PHONE AND GAVE ME A RECEIPT. GOT HOME, A FEW CALLS LATER TO A BETTER SPEAKING REPRASENATIVE I NOW HAVE A PHONE SERVICE WITH STRAIGHT TALK.

When purchasing a phone it looks like you have to puchase the card to get the phone going. turns out you can't use the Straight Talk Phone with a Straight Talk card. what a waste of $30 total scam!!!! it should say on the phone package that the Straight Talk card is not compatible with the Straight talk phone.

Who has a home phone? It was difficult to determine which phone plan fit the cellular phone my son bought. Unfortunately, I picked a home phone for the same price although Searched for a cellular phone plan. There is no return no refund no exchange with Smarttalk phone cards. Be very careful in purchasing these.

I ordered it and didn't find out that I couldn't use it until it was delivered and then found out immediately that it couldn't be returned. I didn't even know straight talk had home phone service

not ehst i wanted ..so 30.00 just gone.. im not able to use this.. i gave a cell phone hot a home phone.. do im dy stuck with this card
