Great Service!!!

Anonymous July 11, 2022

This is a great company!! this sim card kit includes the first month of service. When you purchase a new Straight Talk phone, read the specifications. You get what you pay for. if you want a good phone, its going to cost more. Before you buy this, check with Straight Talk to see if your phone is compatible. Also your phone must be unlocked from your carrier. Read the terms and conditions for hotspot usage. Again, Great service. make sure you choose the correct sim card, for the towers you want. phones work best with the towers they were made for.

great value for the money

scottsmeltser November 9, 2020

for the money, this is a great plan. for all the features you get with straight talk, I believe it is the best prepaid phone plan for the money. unlimited talk text and LTE data. Wi-Fi calling, v o l t e calling, and the ability to use your data and make voice calls at the same time. I consistently get nearly 70 MB download speeds.

I love the app, but i wish that it would let you know in the description of the card if it is hotspot compatible. Im getting it for a friend so they can use a hotspot since they cant get wifi. It would be really helpful if it showed whether or not it was compatible

Never Seen A Sim Card That Cost $53.00

Michael August 1, 2021

Why in the world is this SIM card $53.88? Am I missing something? I don't see where it says anything about a service plan being included. Straight talk sells SIM cards for 99 cents and I've never seen a Straight Talk SIM card for over $5.00. So what's so special about this one that they're charging $53.88?

Dont buy online

KellyFaith April 27, 2021

Bought this online for my brother. The card wasnt active and we were told that they couldnt guarantee a refund or anything. It really shouldnt be sold online if they dont activate them. Buy in stores, not online.

strsight talk is Verizon now

robert October 3, 2022

Had an ATT SIM for many years, necer a problem with service ir hot spot on $55 month plan. I was using the SIM in sn unlocked GSM and limited CDMA compatibility. The device works with 4G vo-lte srvice. ST kept sending me messages warning about needing a 4g vo-lte device (which i had), i ignored their messages. then they said i could get a 5G phone for free, they sent a Nokia g300. My 4G vo-lte 11" tsblet was brand new and i need it to make sales on line so i really didnt need the phone snd continued using the SIM i had been using fot the last 6 months (my previous 5 year old SIM went bad and i bought a new one). after a few months my service started acting up, 5 bars and i had pages timing out and frequent loss of service. a few days ago i had it, i wanted to fix it or get a new SIM with TMobile service. the chat rep told me i needed to use the SIM thay csme eith that new phone? why? no idea, but insisted i use it, ported my number only to find out its a Verizon service SIM! I cant use my tsblet niw snd my hot spot doesnt work! i contacted them 3 times (my old ATT SIM worked in the new Nokia phone no problems with hot spot) and they are unable to get the hot spot working with the verizon SIM! I tried to order a new GSM SIM like this amd it sppears they no longer sell them! im not dure they support GSM service now! No hot spot ehich is ehy i buy the $55 plan and i csnt connect my computer or use my $300 tablet since the band isnt compatible! it shows 4 bars and days connected but no media? looks like ill be looking for s new carrier but ill go directly through them instead of this slower service for about thr same price or less ST had just made a bad move, nobody will stay with them now, their website wont even allow me to buy anything but a verizon sim so unless you have a 5G verizon compatible phone youre not going to be able to use your old phone or tablet plus no hot spot either theyre trying to say theres a problem with my phone but it worked fine with ATT SIMs just last week? when i used att Hot Spot i never had slow speeds or lost connections on either device only had problems during normal use like they were blocking my service! (my 4G vo-lte tablet is faster than the new 5G phone)! why did they send a verizon SIM with a non compatible phone?
