Conveniently, no issues until now - purchased 3/11 - soon after 60 days so I won't bother trying. It's a shame bc otherwise it's a lightweight, functional and very easy to use. I'm not sure what happened since it was fine and then seemingly overnight it has two spritzing holes in the hose and feels like the inner rubber is also ripped completely in half.?? I can't recommend this item for obvious reasons.

Do not buy anything at Sundan. The crinkle hose busted about the third time that I used it. I got it in about November, used it a time or two and retired it for the winter. When I brought it out after the new year it busted the first time I used it. I tried to contact Sundan several times and they never responded. Walmart refused to replace the hose because I had possession of it for over 30 days even though the hose was defective. Run if you see the Sundan name on anything being sold. Not worth the headache. They never showed me the courtesy of responding to several emails.

The hose came damaged and spraying water out of the side. I contacted customer service and they wanted me to send pictures. I sent videos and pictures. I havent heard a response back after I sent to documentation. I ever tried contacting them a secind time.

We bought this hose to water plants in the patio of our condo. The hose worked great, until it didn't. We've used the hose about twice a week since we got it. This week the inner rubber hose broke while watering, which in turn flooded our condo before we could get to the valve to turn it off.

This item is complete trash. I just tried to use it and water comes out of everywhere but the right place. The two ends are made wrong and water leaks like there is no seal. Seal Rings are placed correctly on both ends. Everything is correctly installed and water leaks everywhere. They stole my money.

Total crap! Lasted less than a month, little use, no damage, put away after each use. One day it sprung a small leak, a few days later it completely split, and water pressure here sucks, so definitely not due to too much pressure. Don't water your money, JUNK!

started leaking within few days of use. Bought two sets, and started using for a week after almost a month after I bought it. One of two hose already started leaking. I asked walmart for replacement but they could not take responsibility for replacement. The walmart customer service representative told that its a third party vendor under walmart and the vendor has been already removed from walmart list. Therefore no further actions they could do. So sad to see lack of responsibility.

DO NOT BUY THIS HOSE AS IT IS VERY POOR QUALITY. HOSE BEGAN TO LEAK MASSIVE A LITTLE AFTER TWO MONTHS OF PURCHASE. JUST A WASTE OF MY MONEY AND CONTACTED SELLER BUT DID NOT RESPOND.

I used the hose three times and the third time I went to water my plants and a huge hole was created in the middle of the hose. which shows you it's a piece of junk. let's see if they'll allow me to return it.

I've bought two of these hoses. The first one I bought started leaking mid hose. So I ordered a replacement of the same product and within a week it did the same thing! Terrible cheap quality.
