The very best heat patches you can buy!! I've purchased others that are hit and miss for quality and Sunny Bay is top notch! I've been buying these for several years now and will not buy another brand. Truly, you will love these and the resusable products from Sunny Bay!

This is a great product that lasts up to 12 hours and when it quits working the heating gel turns into a rock like substance and no longer heats. The pads are air activated you just peel off the backing and stick right on your clothes. No need to put it on the skin and it is made to be adhered to your clothing. You will feel the warmth within a few minutes. You can feel the warmth just fine through the clothing and it heats up to 113 degrees. I received a box that contained 15 heat pads and I could not wait to try one out on my lower back. Even though the lower back is not one of the target area's this product is made for it worked fine and alleviated my back pain as long as my clothing was tight enough to keep the pad attached to my clothes & close to my body. So you don't want loose fitting, sagging or clothes that hang on you. You need to keep it close to the body to feel the heat. This product target area's are the Back, Shoulder, Arm, Leg, & Knee. I would recommend this product to anyone with sore aching muscles and these are package for on the go to. I think I will wear one of these to bed tonight for my lower back and see how I feel in the morning. Writing this review makes me want to wear one. Good Product Sunny Bay

Life savor for chronic pain

Off all the items I have ever requested, these Sunny Bay heat patches I received within 2 days of my original request. Absolutely AMAZING! For several years I have had a lot of pain in my lower back, due to work related injuries. I have tried several different types of temporary fixes from Icy Hot to TEI-FU Essential Oils, Heat Patches that didn't last long, to pain medication! Finally I simple gave up when I was told to have back surgery, No Way.... So when I saw these air activated Therapy Pads I did a little research, and was impressed on what I found. Even though these ones didn't state for lower back pain, I thought what the heck I'm going to give them a try anyway. I received them today, got one on right now, and so very happy I did!! When you first open one of the packages and expose it to the air, the only downside is you have to wait 20 minutes before you can apply it. But I can tell you, it is extremely well worth it. It says the heat will last up to 12 hours, but I have had this pad on from 10:00 am to now 8:00pm and still going strong! I can say that these therapy pads are well worth, and will purchase more when these eventually run out. I am a very happy consumer who decided to try these out, so Thank You Spark Reviewer!!

So surprised that these stay in place, stay warm for the full 12 hours indicated on the package, and really do everything they say they will do. Have had plenty of situations in which I needed to apply heat to an injury or to sore muscles. I have never used a product like this that didn't require changing it frequently or getting wet, etc. These will be a staple in my medicine cabinet from now on! Love them!

I like them. I thought they were a little larger.

I'm sure these heat patches heat up to the degree that's stated on the description, but the major problem is they don't stay close enough to the body part that needs the heat. The patches attach to whatever clothing I wear but unless one wears skin tight clothes that have no movement (when I move) they are inaffective.

DO NOT BY THEM. They are a waste of money. They heat up but not warm enough to help muscle aches!
