Sunsweet, Desert Palm Pitted, Dates, 12, oz

Never have had dried dates-flavorful indulgent snack, very rich as compared to a box of raisins. Just put a few in a baggie %26toss them in your lunch or purse along w/some nuts %26grab some water!

Dates really do act as a sweetener and are good for you. They say eating two dates at bedtime gives your eyes the needed whatevers to repair themselves from the day.

Sunsweet dates are always moist and fresh with an extended expiration date. I have been purchasing thru Walmart.com for years. These dates are much better than dates in stores packed in plastic containers which tend to be dry.

I've started eating three or four every day is a great source of fiber through some research. I found that three or four dates with a little butter and a cup of coffee is a good pre-workout before the gym.

On-line, someone stuffed them with cream cheese. I'm going to try them that way as soon as I get some cream cheese.

These are really good. Not every one is good but this one is great. I'll use it as a healthy alternative to cane sugar.

I'm very happy with the taste and the price. I use them to naturally sweeten my green juices and as a snack when I'm craving something sweet.

Sunsweet dates are just that: sweet and delicious. They are a healthier alternative to the chocolate chips that I used to rely on to satisfy my sweet tooth!

Only a few of the dates couldn't be eaten due to being too dry

not ripe, very hard. once you've had ripped dates you know the difference, these weren't even maure.
