Ultra Strength Vitamin B12 - 5,000mcg w/ Methylcobalamin, 60count This is the better form of vitamin B12 which is naturally occurring. Excellent source of energy. I take early in the morning. Only downside for me is the sugar gummy. But did not find a non-gummy alternative. Methylcobalamin is the natural form of the B12. Cyanocobalamin is the synthetic form of vitamin B12 it has a cyanide molecule; it is commonly used because it is cheaper. I do not like the idea of taking Cyanide. It presents challenges for our body. Cyanocobalamin is synthesized in laboratories and is not harbored naturally in any living organism. Unless you take it. LOL

These are the correct type of B12 if you want that energy that you always hear about I prefer the B12 drops but this will do in a pinch. Always look for b12 with either methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin as the main best source of B12. I would recommend highly that contain either of the above. Please consult your doctor before using.

I don’t know if this is doing anything for me but I will say the ease of use makes me be more consistent in taking it. I have read that your body will only absorb a tiny bit of ingested B12 so I divide when I take this throughout the day.

They were easy to chew and tasted pretty good 👍

These gummys taste really good when chilled. I can feel a big energy difference too.

I would rather these to the tablets. And are very tasty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never tried B12 supplements before but have always wanted to for the energy and metabolism benefits since I have hypothyroidism. The raspberry flavor is good, I like that it’s not a common flavor like watermelon or strawberry. I just wish they would’ve given more gummies, the bottle isn’t even halfway filled?
