A great product!
An excellent product for giving our brains those necessary nutrients to be able to function properly. I have not noticed any difference from this brand compared with some more expensive brands. It works just as well and costs less. What more could you want??

NO GOOD FOR ME!!
I am sure this helps some people a lot, but for me, it was the WRONG thing. I felt worse when I took this, nervous, anxious, irritable, crazy dreams. But the great news is that I am now taking Swanson's St. John's Wort, and I feel better than I have felt in years, with NO side effects.

makes you too nauseous
I followed the directions EXACTLY! It says to take on a empty stomach, I did. It was like being punched in the stomach. I wanted to try this so bad I also tried it a second time in hopes I could at least give it a try for it to work but the same thing happened.I really wish I could have at least tested to see if the pills worked.I am SO DISAPOINTED!!
