Has changed my daily habits for the better.
I'd read an article that made me think about increasing my daily dose of acidophilus. I went from a 1 million dose to a 1 billion organism dose per day and have seen excellent results in my daily habits. It took about 10 weeks to see a change and it's a great relief.

Great product
This is a great product. Make sure to take the full serving size. I realized that I was only taking 1/2 the dose, but when I switched to the full dose, this product helped me immensely. I recommend this acidophilus!

Love all of Swanson.
We use L. Acidophilus every AM & PM. It is a good source of bacteria taken care of in the colon. We have been using Swanson Products for over 35 years and we are happy with the results. Thank you Swanson.
