If pepper gives you heartburn don't use. Otherwise it's a good product. No complaints, hopefully it does what it claims. Help in the absorption of essential vitamins and minerals, supplements.

I bought Bioperine to enhance the PEA (also from Swanson) which I purcahsed to improve my mood.It definitely enhances by many times the effectiveness of PEA and probably my other supplements.Increasing the recommended dosage can be very dangerous especially if it is taken with other medications and supplements.

I take lots of dietary supplements, so when I read that this product helped in utilization of nutrients, I was sold. I have only been using this about 2 - 3 weeks & as we know, nutritional supplementation is a subtle thing & can take a while to recognize benefits. There are many supplements I take that I can't say specifically that it helps with this or that or impacts this or that. I am overall healthy, so it's all bound to be working!

I am daily consumer of Swanson bioperine, and am grateful that they offer it a great price. I take quite a few various supplements daily, and I am hoping that I am maximizing their absorption, and utilization by my body, by adding the assistance of bioperine.

I have been taking this for about a month, and if it does 'enhance' the absorption of vitamins and minerals, I have not noticed. Maybe it's just too subtle for me to notice. I will continue to take it and finish the bottles that I have, but unless I notice something else, I probably won't order it again. I was really cheap though!

This supplement is supposed to help you absorb other supplements better. I took it with turmeric. Research seems to indicate it will be helpful. The first time or two I took it made me go to the bathroom but it has not done that any more since I acclimated. Not sure if this is actually helping in real life situation. The supplement is little too high in price for me considering all things. My biggest issue with this supplement is its price point. Its too expensive.
