Swanson Full Spectrum Chaga Mushroom 400 mg 60 Capsules

Perfect tablet size for me and love the health benefits. I've ordered many Swanson products and really like them!

I bought this because Chaga Mushroom is loaded with Antioxidants. I heard that the Chaga Mushroom is good in preventing certain tumors/cancer, stimulates the Immune system and inflammation reducer. I have also noticed an almost calming effect with this supplement.

I normally purchase Reishi Mushroom, but it was out of stock when I placed my last order, so I ordered the Chaga Mushroom. I guess I am getting the same benefit as Reishi mushroom, but depending on the price at the time of my next order, it will be a toss-up as to which I purchase.

I use this for its anti-cancer benefits. I do have to take it with food or I will get nausea.

First off — my order shipped so quick! Chaga has always been something I've wanted to try instead of just in a cup of coffee my friend is a barista and would make me Chaga coffee and I always felt pretty good after it but did not like the taste so much. I've been taking these for a few days now and I'm enjoying the process so far.

I have been taking this extract for several weeks now in combination with others and I can really tell a positive difference. Highly recommend and will continue to buy.

Chaga is dark in color not brown rice color. Put it in a smaller capsule remove the excess filler. I am now remembering why I Stopped ordering supplements from Swanson. I will pay more for actual quality the discounts are only value if the products are quality.
