Benefical herb from a reliable company
This is an herb that is very beneficial to me with easing menstral cramps. I like buying from Swanson's because it is so easy to order and reorder. It is a good amount of herbs for the cost.

Much better than tincture!
I definitely prefer the capsules to the tincture as there is no bitter taste and you do not have to hold it under your tongue! This helps so much with pain from afterbirth cramps during breastfeeding!
