Echinacea for health
I've taken this supplement for years. Whenever I have the slightest throat problem, I take echinacea and vitamin C a couple of times a day and the problem goes away. It really works for me!

I use this to help with immunity. Capsules are easy to swallow, but my grandson has trouble with it. So we open the capsule and sprinkle the powder into applesauce or yogurt, and he cleans it all up. It makes a big difference; I ran out this past winter and was I sorry. I won't be that silly again. Super price for what you get - so easy to build immune system up and so reasonable.

I have been taking Echinacea for decades. I take one capsule after breakfast and one after dinner. I am convinced that it helps keep my inmune \nsystem in check.
