I used to take ginseng years ago, but stopped a few years ago for no particular reason. Health concerns led me to go back to taking ginseng. Since taking it, I am feeling better, stronger. I hope my next visit to the doctor shows some improvement.

Asian Ginseng is considered the best. I take it with other supplements so I cannot say specifically what it has done re. my health/well being.

I have taken Korean Ginseng since I was a child, and it keeps my health well. It is the best Herbal medicine for me.

I take these in the morning and find I'm more alert and have more energy

Some vitamin specialists say Korean Ginseng is "too hot" for women.They recommend other varieties. I disagree with that. Androgens are the source of the libido in both men and women.As a mature woman,(over 50) my secretions were minimal to nonexistent.Two capsules of Swanson's 500mg. twice a day changed that.My womanly parts have definately reversed the aging process and are womanly again! It has become difficult for me to find the higher doses locally. The only thing that would be better are the 5or6 year old roots.They are the most potent. We might not be able to get them at such a good value from our friends at Swanson though. I am content with the results i have received.

I felt the effects of this immediately. My energy was higher and I felt sharper.

This medication seems to work. I am feeling less weak. Please know it takes a few days (like a week) for you to notice noticie the improvement. It is also important to eat well.

Only gave 3 stars due to not taking it long enough to give adequate opinion, I do know have found the same product cheaper elsewhere.

Didn't really work for me. Also seem to cause me not to sleep well
