This is the best investment for my joints. I've tried other MSM, but this formula is by far the very Best. This product helps me do the things I love to do.The pills are large, if you drink fluid first and wet your throat it goes down much easier. Definitely worth it by far. yes it is big. but I take multiple supplements all the time and I had no trouble swallowing. For those who have difficulty I recommend a chunk of banana :-)I felt I saw immediate results in skin tone and even eye clarity. now that I have entered menopause I have found swansons and their products to be a lifesaver!

I ordered these for my father not paying attention that they were tablets, not capsules..They are rather large,(again my mistake for not looking at supplement size) will make sure I order capsules next time.As far as effectiveness, don't really know yet, I have read it can take 1-2 months depending on the health of the individual.

I was excited to receive the MSM bottle and take my first pill. It stuck in my throat and it was painful to swallow until the next day. So I skipped 3 days and had an idea. Took a sip of coconut oil first and then swallowed it. It slipped down like magic. Now just have to wait and see how absorbable it is and effective for my joints...

I usually have no trouble taking pills, but these suckers are humongous! On top of that, they suck up moisture and wind up stuck to the roof of my mouth or glued to my tongue. Finally cut them into 4 with a pill-cutter, just so I could get them down.They probably work fine, but if I choke while taking them, so what? I will NOT be ordering more.
