Ok, by now you should know this is a horse sized product so if you can't swallow look for something comparable that you can swallow.I can swallow these and boy are they worth it. I have been taking twice a day for joints and mobility. However, my husband and best friend have both noticed that I've been doing something different. They swear I look younger and want to know what makeup, skin care etc I'm using.Not doing a darned thing different other than taking this product than can explain it. And, this morning I actually see what they are talking about - my skin is glowing! Oh, and yes, my joints feel it too.Another keeper from Swanson's!

I ordered Swanson Ultra MSM for my husband .He had purchased a bottle at the recommendation of his doctor and when it ran out he asked that I find it online. I was so very pleased to find that I could purchase it on your website for almost a third of the cost of the bottle my husband had purchased at a local pharmacy. He is very pleased with the product.

I read the other 11 reviews before writing this one to see if others had my issue, and several did indeed. This is a 'horse pill' as they say.It doesn't matter how high the dosage is if you can hardly swallow it, and I'm a 220 lb. man.I'm sure the Swanson quality is there, and for those who can swallow such HARD LARGE tablets, fine.But for the rest of us, I recommend simply that we pay pennies more a bottle, just pennies, and get the 1,000 mg CAPSULES. Same quality, still great prices. That's what I do now.I actually avoid taking this HARD tablet, it is so LARGE. I do once or twice a week to slowly get rid of them, using Atkins shake which is creamy, not water. I take the Swanson 1,000 mg. capsules the rest of the time.I felt strongly enough about this to logon and type this.

I ordered these for my father not paying attention that they were tablets, not capsules..They are rather large,(again my mistake for not looking at supplement size) will make sure I order capsules next time.As far as effectiveness, don't really know yet, I have read it can take 1-2 months depending on the health of the individual.

I'm not sure if I see any physical differences using this product but beyond that I wanted to give a review to point out how difficult these pills are to swallow. I take at least 5-10 supplement pills/capsules a day including some pretty large fish oil capsules. These pills are very firm/hard and fairly big so even with a big gulp of a drink with them I often have them scratch my throat all the way down which makes me not want to take them. I wouldn't buy again unless the pill is made smaller or it is switched over to a capsule or something softer to swallow at the larger sizes.

Didn't help at all! A big waste of money! 😒
