Been taking vitamin k2 for a long time . And I buy them from Swanson most times. It's always very good quality. I try to get bogo so it doesn't cost me so much. This is the first time I started taking 200mcg of vitamin K2. So it remains to see how my body will react to it.
I love all fruits and veggies, however I also have digestive issues and green leafy veggies cause me great discomfort. Since taking the K2 I have been feeling better and not having the bathroom issues as much.
It's still a little early on rating the vitamins.

A previous analysis of my nutritional profile revealed I was deficient in K-2. Therefore, I began taking a daily dose of Swanson's Vitamin K-2. Also, at my doctor's recommendation, I take Vitamin D3 along with the K-2 because it was conveyed to me that this combination is more effective than taking each vitamin alone. I give this vitamin a high rating because I am confident future testing will show positive results.
Began taking Swanson's Real Food K-2 about 2 weeks ago, and have noticed a marked difference in how I feel. I like that the product is derived from natto which can be difficult for some non-asians to eat in it's fermented state. Now I can do both with knowledge that I've got this area of my health covered.
