Swanson Phytoceramides - Advanced Formula 30 mg 30 Veggie Capsules

I have been taking this supplement for over a year, about 14 months. The skin on my whole body has more moisture and has a glow about it., I am very impressed. I look at the skin on the back of my hands and legs and I am frankly amazed at how that skin looks now compared to a year ago. I am a retired person and not a spring chicken. I get compliments about the glow of my skin. Sometimes I think I have a moisturizer on when I do not. If you stick with this product, it will do the job.

Just like a plant needs water and nutrition our bodies and our skin do too. I will be 58 years old this year and I want my body and my skin to look and feel as young as possible. I also care about the quality of supplements I put in my body that's why I only choose Swansons.

Effective

Used as directed I noticed a clear difference in my skin in about 3 weeks. Works best with a good moisturizer. Can't believe the difference and I'm a 65 yr old dude.

This is a small capsule and it is less expensive on the WalMart app than on the Swanson website! I have tolerated it well so far but it is too soon to be able to say if it helping yet.

I take this product because I tend to have dry skin and, due to my age, wrinkles, and I wanted to see if it made a difference. I can see some difference (of course, I wish it was more), in that my skin is not as dry and some wrinkles are not as deep.

Have been using this for a few years. I also use facial creams and something must be working because I am often told I have nice skin, even a skin doctor told me this during a skin check. I wish they would have this in more than a 30 count bottle.

Various sources suggest phytoceramides are good for the skin, but I haven't noticed any noticeable difference. I guess it may contribute a little to prevent my skin from drying out, but not sure.
