Could help you with cholesterol, brain function and blood circulation. Been taking for over five years now and numbers from blood work seems to be better. Not sure how but feel younger and better. Doesn't break the bank either.

A strong antioxidant that at heavier doses does mess with my stomach but this is normal for high doses.

I discovered about 10 years ago that pyncnogenol had a very positive affect on my overall health. Energy level, libido, skin quality all positively enhanced. I take this pine bark extract as a "booster" to the more expensive Pyncnogenol since they are both pine bark extracts and this one is priced so reasonably. It works very well for me and comes highly recommended.

I had started taking this stuff and started noticing some improvements. Then I referred it to a friend. His email was halerious.He wrote me saying how he had so much energy and he felt super. He was now addicted to Pine Bark Extract! He felt like speedy gonzales and could do anything.....his body started working again.I have told serveral others about this product and they have had the same type of comments.This is the best prices and OH, the date on the bottle is for when they made it, not when it expires. I love that this product is so much less expensive than other brands, and especially store prices. I'm not sure if the quality is as effective as the name brand, but at this price it's worth a try! I notice my skin seems in better shape, and I have been a lot healthier. Good product to take for prevention! Nice tiny pills, and they are not compressed, but powdered for better absorbtion.

I have just began to use this and am still waiting for the results to see if can improve what the resaerch says it might be able to do. So far I have not seen any difference, but it may still be too early to tell. I have only been using this product for a few weeks. So the "jury" is still out
