I thought I would like this taste as a tea but did not! However since I had it decided to take with meals. I wasn't really expecting anything. But I began noticing that my appetite was decreasing! Nothing dramatic but I am such a" hungry girl" I certainly noticed. Chips at lunch--not such much anymore. I still enjoy sweets but am able to stop eating them without any trouble. This is not usual for me! I don't know if it will help curb others appetite but I am excited about this. I will be reordering.

I started using Hibiscus and it is a wonderful, I prefer this to the extract . I take two a day for all the wonderful benefits it has to offer, I buy a bottle once a month. and will always return to Swanson for the hibiscus because they have it at a great price and I know there products are fresh and the shipping is very fast. I will continue to buy from Swanson they are a great company with many wonderful products.

I've read about the properties of hibiscus, and after watching a cooking program on how to extract the juice (time I don't have!), I found this formula. The Swanson brand has so far proved everything that I'd expected and I'm looking forward to long-term benefits.
