My husband and I both take this vitamin daily. We are confident that it supplies us with the nutrients we are not getting in our diet.
Like the content. The pill size is easy to swallow
Bought for my husband. Easy to swallow and very effective. Good price too.
I appreciate there are no extra & unnecessary additives, colors, etc. I do recommend this product.
This is only vitamin that does not upset my stomach!
I am just starting this vitamin and it seem good. I actually like that it was not giving me way more than the recommended dosage where some vitamins are giving 1-2,000% instead of 100% of RDA. It seems a little less over the top especially when I get lots of vitamins from my food.
I used Swansons multi's before when I was a younger woman and so knew the benefits of a high quality product. After a life-style change I am back using Swansons. And I must say this product has helped me get back on my feet. I can tell a difference since I switched from a well-known brand costing a lot more.
They slide down so easily they are a little big
I don't like these, they are harder to swallow than others I have purchased. I definitely prefer the capsuled type, plus I don't feel they are as effective. I would not recommend these. Thank you, Lisa
Except that I went through menopause a decade ago. Half an hour after taking these, every day, I would be slightly nauseous for 15 min or so. It took me months to figure out that these vitamins were the cause. I experimented, and these definitely were the culprit. I'll admit, I have had this reaction to large doses of B vitamins in the past, so I avoid that. But these are the only multivitamins that I've had this problem with.
