Swanson Hair, Skin and Nails 60 Tablets

I still am losing quite a bit of hair...but I think this is helping. My nails seem to be stronger and grow longer with it. I like the Swanson brand.

I have noticed that my fine hair has more 'body' plus my skin is softer and not a wrinkled. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to improve baby fine hair!!

My hair had gotten very thin. This has made it quite thick again and it is growing faster. Unfortunately for me, an allergy test revealed a mild reaction. Hoping to find another. I agree that these are huge. Swanson, please consider smaller pills with a suggestion of two per day.

I have been using Hair Skin & Nails since January 2025 when I bought 8 bottles. The results are not noticeable yet. It contains horsetail extract silicon to make silky hair. I am still straightening my kinky hair. It may need more time.

I don't think I took it long enough to get the full effect of this product. It seemed to work ok. I would probably purchase again. I like the ingredients.

I believe this is a good supplement. The only downside to this tablet is the smell. It has an odor. Not a pleasant smell. I just made sure not to smell it as I swallowed the tablet. I will buy a supplement like this in the future, but will look for other formulas first.

This is shockingly the worst hair, skin, nail supplement I've ever taken! The odor upon opening it is disturbing. To be honest, I didn't even smell the pills at first. I was taking them right along with my other daily vitamins for about a week. I started noticing my nether regions having a strong fragrance. Something I knew was not of my own doing! Everything in working order and staying healthy. It dawned on me that I'd just started taking this new supplement. So, I opened the bottle and gave it a sniff and WOE . . . not pleasant at all. I immediately discontinued taking it and the personal oder went away. So I strongly warn anyone beginning this product to do so with caution. I've taken other brands of hair, skin & nails and never had this issue in the past. I will not be purchasing this product again.

These pills are too big. The item's efficacy isnt in question - just too big to swallow.
